Refund Status Update for clients affected by our bank freezing our funds and client funds
Important update for clients who have not received their refund yet.
We want to provide transparency regarding recent delays affecting a portion of our clients.
Due to our previous banking institution unexpectedly closing our business account, certain client-related funds are currently being held while the bank completes its internal review and release process. As a result, some funding transactions and refunds have experienced delays outside of our direct control.
Please know that we are actively working with legal counsel and the banking institution to resolve this matter as quickly as possible. Our team remains fully operational, and we are committed to ensuring that every affected client receives the appropriate resolution once the funds are released.
